Our work

What we've done for
small businesses

To protect our clients' privacy we don't name them. Every project started with the one task the owner disliked most.

Receipts used to pile up until month-end. Now they go in a folder and the books keep themselves.

The resort owner handles purchasing, operations and guest service all at once. Month-end reconciliation wasn't skipped on purpose; there was simply no time. Invoices, receipts and supplier bills piled up, each one read, entered and checked by hand.

We didn't build bookkeeping software. We automated the step before it: sorting. Files go into a folder, AI reads the amount, tax and supplier, and files each one in the right category. Spending is tracked as it happens, an alert goes out when the budget drifts, and the owner gets a regular summary that is easy to read.

QuickBooks works well once the books are in order. We take care of getting them there.

A small business can have its own finance assistant too.

More people, more tools, and somehow even busier.

This agency kept growing, but its processes didn't keep up. Every new hire added more coordination. The manager couldn't see where each agent was with their clients, agents didn't know whose policies were about to expire, and clients didn't know who had their file.

We didn't start with the most complex part. We found the most routine, repetitive and annoying task on the team and fixed it in the simplest way. Once that worked and people trusted it, we moved to the next one, until everyone knew what they should be doing and how far along they were.

Growing isn't about adding people. It's about putting each person where they count.

Everyone was flat out, but the business wasn't growing.

The platform's sales agents did far more than talk to clients. They researched products, calculated quotes, checked compliance and chased follow-ups themselves. None of it was hard on its own, but together it swallowed the whole day, leaving little time for building trust and closing deals.

We systemised the prep work, so everything an agent needs is ready before they speak to a client. Their job is the part that matters most: a good conversation with the person in front of them.

Take the busywork off people's plates and the results follow.
